Bought mine at Best Buy on Saturday, at Best Buy, The Pro is 749.99+tax CDMA Sprint if you are not eligible for the upgrade and don't have the 20% coupon.
Regular Price no upgrade-$749.99+tax
1 year upgrade-$459.99+tax
2 year upgrade -$299....

HTC Touch Pro - Unlocked Version
Just to chime in, if you bought the GSM unlocked version, you could only run the phone on ATT or Tmobile or take it overseas. There is no way you can use it on the Sprint Network since it is CDMA like Verizon and Alltel. You would have to get a bra...

The Touch Pro is supposed to have a silver back? Why not just keep them black like on the HTC website.....and on top of that they probably won't have MMS....

I really doubt if Sprint will sell a phone for $900. Only GSM retailers sell unlocked phones for that price. You will be hard pressed to find a carrier (Sprint, Verizon, ATT, TMobile , etc.) selling a phone for more than $500.
