Windows Mobile 6.5 to be release Oct 6 Worldwide.
With 6.5 it seems when they try to fix one thing they break another. I don't like the new interface, especially the bottom menu buttons. Maybe if you cooked your own ROM you could have both features, but I'm not sure if you can mix and match.

Ever hear of error code 129?
I just tried and didn't have any problem updating the profile. Did you try a soft reset? Error code 129 usually relates to trouble connecting to peripheral devices. Is your phone synced to your PC? If so, try updating when it's not synced.

wifi will not connect...
I'm assuming you installed the official ROM from Sprint. First thing I would do is reflash the ROM and see if that fixes the problem.
