I didn't see a need for a XDA dev site as it seems there's a pretty strong community over at xna.com. I'm more than willing to put up a site for such a topic if there was a need.

how do I move all contacts from a mogul to a touchpro
I highly recommend setting up a free exchange account with mail2web and synchronizing your contacts over the internet. Then you can sychronize your new phone and have everything back. That way, if you loose your phone or get a new one you always have...

will mogul programs work on the TouchPro
No. The Touch is higher resolution. Remote Desktop works much better on the Touch, for instance.

Touch Pro... its finally out
I have the $7/month Total Equipment Protection and got my Touch Pro for free as a replacement for my Mogul when it had keyboard problems. :)
