Help! The new ROM messed up my network connection
Okay, I went back to Sprint and apparently there is a dead-spot at my place. I tried explaning that the connection problem didn't occur 'till I updated the rom to Rev A... but the sprint tech was saying it passed all the tests so it's not a bad phone...

Before I do any of that, can you briefly explain what these things are? I've never heard of these things that you mentioned.
What is preferred roaming list?
What is the radio? and what does this do?

What is a lemon of a phone? And what procedure would I have to go through to receive a new one? I have insurance on my Mogul.
So are you saying that my phone is messed up? My phone just got back on the network since I did a soft reset almost 2 hour...
