Thanks for the heads up.
I didnt even know about the opening problems but what you say makes sense.
I got the type of hard case the you pictured and havent had problems with the catch.
For me it's so tight that I have to use two hands to open it- ...

Nice hard case
I've read about radio problems with metal cases but so far I've done ok without noticeable problems.
Of course, the few times that the calls sound weak or BT skips may be due to problems with the Mogul itself or the metal casing. Hard to tell.

Compare your Mogul to your old Treo 700wx
For those that have both, give me your thoughts and comparison.

Price of Mogul with Sero Plan

Things that make the Mogul better than my old "Q"
There must be a bunch more wrong with the Q since there have been tons of stories of Sprint actually trading their Q out for the Mogul.

Mogul Memory problems
Has there been any clue as to what is eating up the RAM and bringing it down to ~20MB when it should have about 49MB or so?
