I seriously wish I found this website before I was having all kinds of drama with my account in June!  After 6 years of service, they (Sprint) LOST my freaking phone number!  Long story short, I ended up having to get a new number.  And there were even more problems (like having to wait for 1 month to actually receive my Mogul - and it was ordered through the company I work for, so it was prior to the Mogul being released for general sale).

Sprint has gone down the tubes as far as Customer Service over the years and if they had released me from my 2 year contract (renewed 2 days before this fiasco), I'd probably have an I-phone instead! 

Be thankful you didn't get an iPhone. The only thing the iPhone has over the Mogul is the larger screen and a nice user interface.

heres the situation...i've not had service (its on and off) for about a month already...sprint says that i owe them money for the phone...i made two purchases for two different phone...i canceled one of them but never got my credit back from sprint...so i called my bank to take the credit from sprint...sprint claims to have never received payment for the other phone...so the credit that was given back by sprint was for the phone that i am currently using now...i never received the other phone and i have confirmation for the two phones that i purchased (the successful and canceled order)...on my bank statement there are two charges from sprint...one at sprint pcs - cust care payment overland park KS and the other at sprint *nextel - cs 800-639-6111 VA

i have been faxing and calling my bank and sprint (finance dept)...im tired of this crap

im posting here to vent a little and to let my fellow sprint users the crap that im going thru (im paying for the monthly service that i dont have...this upsets me)

and to ask for advice...i am almost at the point where i want to cancel my phone service...what should i do...which number do i call to get this problem fixed...i filed for about 5 disputes already and i just have a fax number (800-784-1236)...does anyone have the number to the dispute dept or tell me which number to call so that i speed up their "process/progess"

any help would be much appreciated...pls let me kno what i can do to help (questions/concerns)...thanks

ps-i hate you sprint...unless i receive some sort of compensation...then i will only dislike you
