You don't run the .CAB files on windows. They're specifically designed for you to copy them over to your mogul and open them through there in the file explorer.

I'm trying to install the "Picture and video mail" program for my Mogul and am following all the directions but when the pop up screen comes up, it's blank. I also added this site the my "allowed" list. What can possibly be wrong?

You can add http://files.kergosien.net to your approved list. This is where the files are anyways so you can manually go there.
I tried to download and it worked for me.

Ok, Ijust tried to download a program using the instructions given. I am using firefox, and when i ctrl click the visit link, it opens a new tab and says "untitled", and nothing happens. what gives?

is the location of the files in the download section. Also keep in mind that not all programs listed in the download section is listed here. So if you have problems downloading something, then check this link to see if it listed, if it is not listed then it is not availiable.
