Which cab files are you having trouble with? The only thing I can thing of is that some of the files became corrupted when the download procedure was changed.

Im having trouble Getting The Files On To My Mogul Everytime I Download One An Put It On My Device It Says "There Is No Application With '''. Run The Application First Then Open This File From Within The Application" What Do I Do???

Are you downloading it to the computer first? If its an exe it must install from the PC.

Hey I have the throttle program on my phone and its installed but it didnt do anything? I dont know what Im doing really cuz I just got this phone but I know I really want the diamond theme please help!!!

I had the same issue with it saying that the .cab files i downloaded needed a program to open. The renaming the file worked great. I had to delet the whole name and re enter. Thanx for the advice guys great help.

everytime i try to download a .cab file it downloads up to 99% and gets stuck.

I keep getting the message there is no application associated with my downloaded files. run the app first then open the file from within the app.
