This should help you you will need to sign up for the forum to be able to download the files but this is what i use.

To Get The Weather At The Bottom of the screen, I installed:
Weather Panel & Commuter 240 Theme for the icons. I dont know how to insert the files into the post...send me your email in a private message and I can send them to you.

it says to open the homecust.exe file but when i click on that, nothin happens.
do you think i got bad copies?
can anyone help?

I know the one from that site works you just copy the folder over and run the file and there is a option for installing the plug in and then all kinds of other options you can use to change the look.

the same thing happens to me. i downloaded it form ppcgeeks and i click on the homecust.exe but nothing happens

Make sure you have the required plugins such as the HTC Home plugin. And make sure you unzipping it.
