Bye bye Mogul. Did a self service replacement yesterday. .New Touch Pro Arrived today! In the middle of setting it up right now!
Don't know if I'm sad to see the Mogul with all it's customizations go or glad to have the Memory and feel of the touch pro!
Can't ask for a better phone replacement program though! I've had one couple crappy refurb Mogul but for the most part its better than most other programs out there.
I just tried the self-serve replacement and it said tht I would be receiving a remanufactured Mogul. I am happy with my Mogul, but would really like a new Touch Pro. Any advise on how you got them to replace it with a Touch Pro?

Be careful about lying to them since it is fraud. Asurion seems to take care of you if you get more than one defective unit. Good luck
I would not be lying, because my Mogul has a cracked screen....I have been waiting to see if I could get a TP rather than another Mogul.....wishful thinking I guess...
I had been having problems with the data port on my Mogul and had it replaced twice at thane Sprint store. Upon going a third time saying that I was having problems with the data port, the Sprint Store dude said he would put in an order for a replacement Mogul. He said to check back with him in a week or two to see if they got one in. I then checked back in 2 1/2 weeks and they still had not received a reman in so he went down the list first it was a reman Mogul, then a new Mogul, then a reman TP, then a brand spanking new TP. Since the TP was so new there were no reman TP and with the Mogul so close to EOL I ended getting a brand spanking new TP. did not have to pay a dime for it. I however have the insurance and have had the insurance for as long as I have been with Sprint and I have been with them for 10 plus years so maybe it was my longevity I don't know. I love my TP.
