Thanks for the tip, this works great, and everytime, now all I need is an ultraportable. Also, has any1 tried this with bluetooth? I have been trying but not getting to far. let me know if anyone acomplishes this.

I've performed all directions, I've made the reg hacks, my mogul won't connect
I am gonna get the pdanet but I know there is another program that is supposed to work better then pdanet
does anyone know what that program is?

<p>Works great on OSX. Bluetooth PAN was added in 10.4.9. All you need to do is initiate Internet Sharing on the phone, then select "Join network on <phone name>" from the Mac's Bluetooth menu (on the right handside of the menu bar). If you don't see the option, try deleting and recreating the pairing.</p>

I just did this today, I have XP. Went on a road trip to virginia and tested it out. Works GREAT! I followed the instructions and had absolutely noooo problems. Thanks soooooo much for the info!

I've read that the program is called USBMODEM, although I haven't seen where to get it. I'll keep my eyes peeled. If anyone knows where to get USBMODEM, please post a link.

After weeks of use I now trid bluetooth and I am getting the error 67 message. I tried the internet sharing, advanced, select networks and chose sprint. I also did a soft reset (many) and I still get the message.

Final fix was deleting cache in i.e.
