I think you may have answered your own question there.  Can you confirm that Sprint actually has home towers in Vietnam?  I'm not sure how North American cell providers work overseas but my guess is that any service you are going to get is going to be recognized as roaming.  I'm guessing it doesn't work in "Sprint Only" mode because there is no "Sprint" service available, just a local CDMA provider.  If the roaming triangle is the only determining factor, I think i'd rather have that than no service at all.  Again I am not an expert, just making an observation.

I cant tell what the heck to down load and I wont register on that site just because I dont feel good about it. I have read every freakin wiki on this planet and all i need is a cab to do the stuff for me lol.

For the second statement, go to Start > Settings >Today > Items   make sure to tap (put a check mark) on 'Device Lock'

Actually I am looking to change the location of the Lock icon to be beside the battery, sound, screen,.. icons instead of having a single row for it

This is probably something pretty simple that I am looking for but, yesterday I picked up my phone and when the display turned on it was in a negative mode.  Very similar to the negative mode that the camera can take pictures in.  I can't find it anywhere.  Anyone have any ideas?

Please read above... When I did that hack, I did noticed how all IE files where saved on my memory card.

I am neither a software developer nor a 'professional hacker'. I am just a guy that collected several hacks over several years/web sites. I then decided to share the list with you all. There is a program called sktools that will help you do this under tune up. Great maintance software.
