Here's what bugs me.   My bluetooth headset turns itself on in my pocket, the phone rings and I take it out and press the answer button  AND THE AUDIO GOES TO THE BLUETOOTH!

This seems very wrong -- answer on the phone, audio on the phone; answer on bluetooth, audio on bluetooth! 

Does anyone know a workaround for this problem?

That's how my BT headset has always behaved with any phone.  What I find different about the mogul is that before if I took my phone out of range of the headset then it would not pair back up until I pressed the button on the headset again.  The Mogul seems to pair back up automatically which confused me a few times.

My Jawbone BT works great and i dont have any problems.
