Of course the first thing that comes to mind for me is the better screen and faster internet speeds. I have my media center served using Orb so I can stream shows from my phone. The only time I could use this feature with my Q was when I had excellent service. The Mogul seems to be getting three times the bandwith that the Q did so streaming is no problem and shows look great in landscape.
The only decent backup software I could find for the Q was Sprite Backup, and it was pretty bad. It actually had to reboot the phone before doing a backup, which wouldn't have been too bad, except the Q wouldn't reboot. It just turned off. This meant your phone was off until you turned it back on and THEN it did the backup. Basically useless if you like to schedule regular backups.
There's so much more software availalbe for Pocket PC in general that I feel I have so many more options. The fact that the Mogul has Java allows for even more software, although I've yet to install a java program.
The keys on the Q are too tiny for my big fingers and dialing a phone number was annoyingly difficult. The touch screen allows for large keys so I don't feel like I'm playing operation.
I'm sure I'll think of some more...after all, I've only had my Mogul for half a day! :)
