I recently purchased a Sprint Mogul through SERO online for 288.88 and I used my check card. what usually happens is there is a check card hold then 3-4 days later it gets posted but something weird just happened. I had a check card hold of 288.88 on my card and today i just cheked and it went away. When i was with Tmobile the same thing happened but it just popped back as posted after disappearing for a day or two. For the peopel who bought there Mogul w/  checkcard, did this happen to you? Is this how Cell phone companies charge for there phones?

Ordered mine Tueday night and the hold is still there.  I have not yet been charged for it, not has the phone shipped according to the sprint website.  I never saw the hold dissapear and comeback though.

Intresting. I ordered mine on Monday morning so can you repost what your status is tommorrow. it would be appreciated.

side question: how did you purchase the mogul on the sero account online?

I think you have to have an "empoyee email" to get into the web order things.  I used "saving at sprintemi dot com"  I spelled it out so that it doesnt get spammed (idk, i read it somewhere).  So, go to sprint.com/sero and try that.  There is a post under the Sprit Service about the SERO plans.  Also, there are extensive posts on how to do this on both slickdeals.net and sprintusers.com and a wiki site my sister sent me (which i have bookmarked at home)  I will post that tonight when I get home if I remember.

There are also coupon codes to get discoutns.  Word is you can use one or two, but if you use too many they will cancel your order bc you obviously didnt get it from a sprint employee, which is the idea.  I used the code 'URANG' for 50 dollars off my first bill or something like that.  It worked, but I didnt want to try anymore bc the SERO plans are crazy as it is.

My bet is that you'll end up seeing a charge on your Sprint bill for the phone. That's how mine were charged.

I ordered mine on Tuesday as well but I did it through my monthly bill, meaning that my monthly bill will be 288.00 + my monthly plan this coming month.  I have been checking the order status everyday and it's been the same. 

How long does it usually take to get a tracking number?  I'm so anxious to get mine because my temp phone is a piece of poop. 

I would be so surpirsed that it would be on my bill because it said all over the order page that my credit card would be charged for 288.88. w/e. I ordered mine on Monday, the 16th and as of 9:30 pm im still in progress. I hate this! anyone who oredred theres on monday pleas epost your status. i want to know fi there is a problem with my order specficialy or Sprint is just slow with SERO orders

They won't give you a tracking number unless you call in and ask for it.   When the Status changes to "Your order is being filled" (something like that) you phone is being ship to you.  It took a good 5 business days to get my Mogul.

I ordered mine from the web site on the 9th.. mistyped my SSN ..got an email.. called them back on the 10th and received mine on the 12th. All the while my status said 'awaiting fulfillment' until after I recevied and activated it. A couple of days later the status was updated to delivered and activated. I had to call for my tracking #.
