I ordered my Mogul from Sprint on 8/23. They haven't shipped it yet and nobody can tell me anything. I get nonsense about "expediting" the order but that doesn't seem to get anywhere. I have no tracking number.
I was just on the phone with Sprint, most of that on hold, for 90 minutes. I was then cut off.
I am beginning to question the wisdom to going to all of this trouble with Sprint. Is it worth it? I have no evidence they will fulfill the order at all.

there is a high demand for mogul, so it could be that the warehouse is out of stock. It took me 9 days to receive my phone. Sprint customer service is really bad, but the plan is really good. Tough choice!

Well, as long as you don't have too many issues and don't have to wait much more than a few times in the start, then it's def. worth it. But if you expect to have to call all the time then it's not worth it.

Well, I first ordered my phone on 7/23 and I still don't have it or a tracking number. There has been no movement other than one rep saying to cancel the order because he believed it would never have been delivered.
I basically may never have a mogul at this point. I can't believe I am the only one with this problem.

I'm not defending Sprint at all because this isn't their customers fault at all.
I had a similar issue when I ordered my Mogul online. When I called the web sales support, they indicated that their ordering system was undergoing maintance and orders were being delayed for everybody, not just Mogul orders. How long before they get their order system fixed, I couldn't tell ya.
I'd get a retail Sprint store to price-match the online SERO price, then call SERO customer support the same day and tell them you just activated your SERO line in a retail store, and you need your new activation to be switched to the SERO plan of your choice.
I got sick of waiting for my online order to arrive, so I got my Mogul in a retail store & refused the UPS package when it arrived.

After you've had the mogul for a few days, and are all done with the phone calls to sprint, I'm sure you'll find it's was worth the hassle. It's a frickin' sweet device!
Hang in there!

You will totally enjoy it, especially with the download section from this site. I bought and returned an iphone and the Mogul is way better. The Mogul is the best thing since the 6700.
Simply put, the iphone is a overglorified toy that is over priced and horrible service.

Check with Radio Shack. Walked in 2 weeks ago to a Radio Shack in San Antonio and walked out with the Mogul - and saved $50 - under the Sprint store price.
