Since updating to the latest mogul ROM, has anyone noticed a difference using SlingPlayer Mobile with or without using the newly introduced GDI+ option in Sling client?

The video doesn't seem choppy anymore. Before the GDI+ option was added, video was terrible. Then when Sling added GDI+ to the client, that seemed better, but now HTC might have added some updated video drivers because now Sling video is smooth using GDI+ or without.

Any other SlingPlayer Mobile users notice smoother video performance since the latest ROM update?

I updated from Slingplayer Mobile 1.5 to version 1.6 at the same time that I upgraded to the new ROM.  My observations:

- It takes far longer to connect to my sling box. 

- Every time I attempt to program my favorite channel buttons, Slingbox Mobile crashes. 

I get the same result on two Moguls.

There is a HUGE problem with connecting to my Home Slingbox SOLO now from my Mogul

I can only connect via WiFi now...before the recent 6.1 official ROM udpate, I use to be able to connect through Sprint PCS.  This really sucks now since where I live, Wifi is not all around town.

My Mogul is running off SlingPlayer Mobile version 1.6.

I have had SlingPlayer Mobile 1.6 since the day it was released. Sling mobile client has never crashed for me, ever. I also have a SlingBox Pro w/ HD Connect.

Ya...I don't know what's going on with my SlingPlayer Mobile.  I can connect fine at home on my laptop with Slinbox Destop, but when it comes to on my Mogul...I have to connect via WiFi or it will not connect at all.

EDIT: Just an update...I removed and re-installed SlingPlayer Mobile 1.6 and it now is working fine without my Wifi on.
