DOes anyone know how I can get my Mogul with the latest Windows OS to display the map and other features on Sprint Family locator? ANy help would be appreciated.

Have you tried SkyFire yet? I haven't tried it myself, but SkyFire displays web sites most other browsers on WinMo do not.
