Now they require the first 3 characters of the employees ID. So now I cant get a sero plan anymore.. :( Anyone out there nice enough to lend me their info so I can get a SERO plan. I would need the email and the first 3 letters or numbers of the ID number. Thanks, Kristina

Kristina, I am dealing with the same situation that you are as well. Could anyone, please give me the email and the first 3 letters or numbers of the ID number.

This should work. If not the first time keep trying. Just to let you know, the old SERO plans don't exist anymore. The new plans, Simply Everything Plus, just give you $10 off and an extra 10% of minutes added to whichever Simply Everything Plan you choose.

I know this thread is old, but I've been franticially searching for the new SERO(Simply everything plus referral) requirments. I'm an old SERO user trying to add to my account, now I need the CID and email addy to access their site. Thanks for the info Popdog!
